At Custom2You, our commitment to minimizing waste begins with our production process. We adopt an on- demand production approach, meaning we only start producing your bag once your order is placed. This eliminates unnecessary overproduction or waste, ensuring that each bag is made and used with care and intention.

Planting A Tree For Every Bag
At Custom2You, we’re dedicated to minimizing our carbon footprint. That’s why we plant a tree for every bag produced and sold. With this, we enable the production of approximately 22KG of CO2 in an environment where trees grant life to societies while our bags consume around 12kg CO2 including overseas shipment.
This initiative helps to more than offset the carbon emissions associated with the procurement, production, and shipment of your bag. Through our partnership with Ecologi, we contribute to global reforestation efforts, promoting a greener future for generations to come.

Repair Service
We encourage you to use your customized bag for as long as possible. While we provide you with a robust and durable product, should the fabric tear, the zipper cease to function, the belt break, or the buckles malfunction, we will gladly repair your bag for you
With every bag purchase, you receive a 2-year repair warranty where we cover the expenses of repairing your bag. We strive to extend the lifespan of your bag.
Here’s a breakdown of how the repair service works for your bag:
- Identify Repair Needs: Determine which parts of your bag need repair, such as belts, buckles, zippers, or tears.
- Contact Custom2you: Reach out to Custom2you via email at info@custom2you.com or send a WhatsApp message to +971565331642. Include your order confirmation and a picture of the damaged bag.
- Receive Solution: Custom2you will review your request and provide a solution, either by phone call or message.
- Send the Bag: If you agree with the solution, you’ll need to send the bag to Custom2you at your own expense.
- Repair Process: Custom2you will repair the bag according to the agreed solution.
- Return of Repaired Bag: Once repaired, Custom2you will send the bag back to you.
- Costs: During the first 2 years after purchase, Custom2you covers the repair costs. After that period, repair costs are your responsibility. Custom2you will request payment via credit card before repairing the bag. If payment is not received within 30 working days, Custom2you will recycle the bag.
This repair service aims to extend the lifetime of your bag and ensure it remains functional and durable. This is one of the pillars of our sustainability vision, longer usage of our bags reduces the CO2 per year consumption.

Can I track my order once it’s been placed?
Yes, you can. We will notify you when your order is confirmed and goes into production. Aramex will notify you when they receive the order. They will also provide you with a waybill number, which you can use to track the delivery status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of electronic online payments, including credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay. We also accept e-wallet payments through Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. If you prefer to pay cash, please visit one of our distribution partners in the UAE.
What happens after my payment? How does the delivery process of Custom2you work?
After we receive your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our customer service team will then review your order details to ensure everything is in order. This includes:
- Verifying that your text is legally and culturally appropriate within the UAE.
- Checking the format of any logo files you transmit.
- Confirming that the delivery address is within the UAE.
If everything is correct, we proceed with production:
- Fabric Cutting: We cut the fabric based on the size and colors you chose.
- Embroidery: We start the embroidery process for the name, flag, and icon or logo you provided.
- Assembly: We select the buckles you chose and sew everything together.
- Packaging: Once assembled, we package the bag.
The bag is then handed over to Aramex. At this point, you will receive a message informing you that your bag is on the way. You will have the opportunity to arrange the delivery time and location with Aramex or choose a drop box location.
Once the bag is delivered, you will receive a notification from Aramex confirming the delivery. You can then open your parcel, take out your customized bag, and start enjoying it.
What is the typical delivery time for my customized bag within the UAE?
The typical turnaround time is 5 working days. With this short delivery time, we want to give you the chance to order a bag as a gift – where speed of delivery often counts – or during a one-week stay in the UAE as a guest.
Can I order and ship to other countries than UAE?
Certainly! Here’s how ordering and shipping works for other countries:
- Ordering: Currently, Custom2you sells exclusively in the UAE to guarantee a delivery promise of 5 working days. However, you can still place an order to your home address in the UAE.
- International Shipping: If you wish to ship your bag to a different country, you’ll need to organize the shipment yourself. This means arranging for a courier service or shipping company to deliver the package to your desired location outside of the UAE.
- Future Expansion: Custom2you has plans to offer its products and services in other GCC countries in the future. Stay updated on these developments by following Custom2you on Instagram at #custom2you, where they post all product and service innovations.
While international shipping isn’t currently offered directly by Custom2you, you have the flexibility to arrange for it independently if you’re outside of the UAE.
Can I order a custom2you bag and send it to a friend as a Gift?
Absolutely! Ordering a bag as a gift for a friend is a wonderful idea, and Custom2you makes it easy:
- Ordering Process: When placing your order, you can enter your own invoice address as well as the delivery address of your friend.
- Payment: You will make the payment for the order.
- Delivery: Custom2you will deliver the bag directly to your friend at the address you provided. They aim to complete delivery within 5 working days.
This way, you can surprise your friend with a thoughtful gift, and Custom2you will take care of the rest, ensuring prompt delivery of the bag.
If I’m only in the UAE for a short time and do not have a permanent address but want to order a Custom2you duffle bag, how can I do this?
You can still order a Custom2you duffle bag through our website. Here’s how:
- Place your order on our website.
- Enter the hotel address and your room number as the delivery address.
- Ensure your mobile phone number and email address are correct.
- Inform the hotel reception that you are expecting a parcel from Aramex and authorize them to receive it and bring it to your room.
