Affiliate Process with display area 2/2025
Representative Visits to start the Partnership
Welcome to the custom2you network and family. As an affiliate, you will be assigned a unique affiliate code during a visit from our representative. Your code links your personal information, corporate data, bank account details, and compensation terms to our accounting system. It serves as your identifier, ensuring that all sales and compensation are is correctly attributed to your account and customers.
During the representative’s visit, we will:
- Sign an affiliate contract including the conformation that:
- We may use images and configurator data of the bags created by you and your customers for marketing purposes on our social media channels and website.
- Your management or visa sponsor approves your affiliate relationship with custom2you.
- We can record your logo and stitch it onto the bags ordered by your customers or team.
- Record the bank details for transferring your contributions.
- Discuss and select the product display area and method for our bags
- Together we select the design, texting and logos/ Icons for your demo bags
- At a second visit of our representative, we build the demo area and agree on an opening date and event format
- After the display area is built, we will start to display your location as a affiliate partner on our website
Sharing Your Code with Customers and Your Team
To start earning compensation, simply share your unique affiliate code with your team members who assist customers during bag configuration or directly with your customers via social media channels. Each time this code is entered at checkout, the system records the transaction in your affiliate account along with the agreed compensation. We recommend that we train your team in using the configurator and check out process to make the transaction seamless for your customers.
Logo Stitching Without an Affiliate Code
If your customer or team member selects your logo during bag configuration, the order will automatically be attributed to your affiliate account, even if they do not enter your affiliate code at checkout. This process reinforces your affiliate status, enhances customer experience, and ensures your logo is featured while securing your compensation.
Compensation Tracking and Management
All transactions generated through your affiliate code or logo-stitched orders are meticulously recorded. This guarantees that every sale is tracked, and corresponding compensation is accurately applied to your account.
During regular partner meetings we will discuss the progress of our partnership and exchange experiences. If we lounge a new product or feature on our website custom2you you will be trained and pre informed by custom2you.
We will also train you on the tracking tool for your affiliate account included in the affiliate section of our website.
